Gilmor Students Create A School Mural:
A Composite of Student Designs
Future Care and the University of Maryland funded the making of a large inspirational mural with the help of mural artist Jay Wolf-Schlossberg-Cohen. Students helped design and arrange water color impressions of their community into a beautiful mural design to inspire future generations!
Mural Theme: Reflections of our pride in our community.
How do we represent our pride in our community? Students learned to take ownership of where they live, play, and learn. Students actively participated in cleaning the school grounds including the playground area. Bright color impressions of their community demonstrate student pride in their community!
